Color invokes or identifies characteristics.   In this particular piece, CABBAGE DROP, the pinks, purples and seafoam greens have captivated my attention.  

This ornamental cabbage was in a garden in Mackinac Island.   The small droplet of water captured my attention as if to draw your attention from all the lines and veins of the leave ... to this small circular water droplet.
