When you invest in a fine art piece, the experience shouldn’t stop at checkout. That’s why every large-scale print is carefully packaged using museum-grade materials and shipped to arrive in pristine condition. From professional print labs to your space, I’ve accounted for every detail—so your art doesn’t just show up, it makes an entrance.

SHIPPING ART IN THE U.S.

At this time, I offer art sales and shipping within the continental United States. A small shipping charge may apply for greeting cards or gift-sized items and will be calculated at checkout.

CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS

If you’re looking for something specific, I’m happy to help. Reach out if you’d like to discuss:

  • International shipping (these require custom quotes and are not guaranteed - please allow time for estimates)

ART CREATION & PROCESSING TIME

Each piece is custom printed just for you. Once payment is received, please allow up to 3 weeks for production. Acrylic and metal prints require a detailed, multi-step process—but the results are worth the wait. Because each piece is a special order, all sales are final unless damage occurs in transit (see below).

SHIPPING DETAILS

Shipping is included for large-format fine art within the continental U.S. unless otherwise noted. For all other regions, please contact me for a custom quote.

Most orders are shipped directly from my professional print lab. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for production and 5–8 business days for shipping. Holiday periods may extend this timeframe. If additional production time is required for a specific piece, that information will be noted on the product page.

Large-format prints (over 30x40) require gallery-standard packaging to protect your investment. If you're purchasing multiple large pieces, I’m happy to provide a custom shipping quote.

LOCAL PICKUP

If you're in or near Northwest Arkansas—or planning a visit—local pickup is available and always welcomed.

LOCAL DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

I work with a trusted local transportation service to deliver and install large pieces of art. Delivery and installation fees are based on travel distance, number of pieces, and complexity of the hanging process. If you're interested in this service, I’ll gladly coordinate a custom quote for you.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

All Art is Custom-Made

Because each piece is printed and shipped to order, all sales are final. Please select your artwork carefully.

If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged

If the packaging appears seriously damaged upon delivery, please do not sign for it—refuse the package and contact me immediately with photos of the box.

If damage is discovered after unboxing, please email me within 48 hours along with detailed photos of the artwork and packaging. If the damage occurred during shipping, I’ll work with the freight company to replace the piece. If a replacement is not possible, I will arrange a refund once the damaged art is returned.

Note: If you selected an unmounted large print to be framed locally, I highly recommend leaving all unpacking and handling to a professional art framer or installer to avoid accidental damage.

How long will it take to receive my artwork?

Most pieces take about 3 weeks to produce, followed by 5–8 business days for shipping. If you're ordering during the holidays or requesting a custom size, it may take a bit longer—but I’ll always keep you updated along the way.

Can I pick up my artwork locally?

Absolutely! If you’re near Northwest Arkansas, local pickup is available—and I’d love to say hi when you stop by.

What if I need my artwork faster?

If you’re working with a deadline or need expedited shipping, just reach out before placing your order. I’ll do my best to accommodate your timeline or offer alternative solutions.

Do you ship internationally?

I currently ship within the continental U.S. only. If you’d like to request international shipping, please contact me for a custom quote and estimated timeline.
