Refund policy

All of the art is ordered specifically for you! 

Because this is a special order, the items are not refundable, so please choose your artwork carefully!  All items are final sale.

The return window speaks ONLY to Damaged Artwork.

Damaged Artwork

If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately with digital images of the box.  

Be very careful unwrapping your ART.   If you ordered large ART and did not select to museum mount it - but instead plan to frame it, we recommend you  leave all unpacking and handling of the ART to a trusted professional framer or ART handler. 

If you notice damage upon unpacking your ART, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the ART, along with digital images of the damage.  If we find that the ART was damaged in transit we will work to replace the ART.  In the event that we are unable to replace the ART, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged ART.

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a product replacement for damaged artwork. 

To be eligible for a product replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, must include pictures of outside of the box of the damaged artwork, pictures of the damaged artwork.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
