Image Licensing

All fine art photographs on this site are © Lisa Blount Photography. Licensing is available for select commercial, editorial, hospitality, corporate, and design uses. Prints for personal display are sold separately through product pages.

Important note about room mockups:

Some staged “art on the wall” images use licensed stock interiors for styling. Copyright for those backgrounds remains with their creators. Only the fine art photograph shown within the setting is owned and licensed by Lisa Blount Photography.

What can be licensed?

  • Commercial & Hospitality: Corporate websites, annual reports, office/hospitality interiors, environmental graphics.
  • Editorial: Magazines, books, newspapers, and online features (non-advertising context).
  • Marketing & Advertising: Campaigns, brochures, digital ads, social media, product packaging (case-by-case).
  • Design & Trade: Interior design presentations, lookbooks, client mood boards (with proper license).

What’s not covered here

  • Personal display prints: Purchase directly from each artwork’s product page (acrylic, metal, canvas, etc.).
  • Logo/Trademark use or resale: Not permitted.
  • AI training, NFT/minting, or redistribution of files: Not permitted.

How licensing works

  1. Request: Share the artwork title/URL, intended use, distribution (print/web), geography, duration, and budget via this form.
  2. Quote: I’ll provide a project-specific fee based on scope, reach, and term (exclusive or non-exclusive).
  3. Agreement & Delivery: On approval, you’ll receive a simple license agreement and a high-resolution file prepared for your specs.

File delivery & credit

  • Formats: High-res JPEG/TIFF (print) or optimized JPEG/WebP (web/social). Color-managed and sized to your needs.
  • Credit line (editorial): “© Lisa Blount Photography”. Please include a link back when possible.
  • Turnaround: Typically 1–3 business days after payment and scope confirmation.

Usage guidelines (summary)

  • License is limited to the approved use, duration, and geography. New uses require a new license.
  • No resale, sub-licensing, or distribution of digital files to third parties (agencies may use files solely for your project).
  • Do not remove embedded metadata or copyright notices.
