User Data Deletion Request

If you signed in to our store using Facebook Login and would like your personal data deleted, please follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at  lisa@lisablountphotography.com with the subject line: Delete my account/data.
2. Include the email address used on our store (or your Facebook account email), your full name, and (if applicable) any order number(s).

What we delete

We will delete or anonymize customer account data held by our store (name, email, phone, saved addresses). Some information related to completed purchases may be retained as required for tax, fraud prevention, and bookkeeping laws, but it will no longer be associated with your identity.

Verification & processing time

We may ask for verification to confirm ownership of the account. Requests are processed within 30 days.
